Unwired and Uncensored Part II

Last week I posted up a story about Pat, who broke both his jaws (plus more impact injuries) and was back hitting the weights in a couple days. Almost theraputic to get back to normal that quickly - Unwired and Uncensored Part I .



However, I left you guys hanging without putting out the workout that Pat had dreamt up during the 3 weeks he was wired.
