Crazy Weekend Part II – Lunges of Death

Saturday morning I brought a group of guys to train with my friends over at the Diesel Crew. It was a normal serious training session with a few personal records. I FINALLY beat my younger brother with 225 lbs for reps on the bench (26 reps), but I’m sure he will bounce back and take the title soon.
