Last week I introduced you to bicep plate stackers and this week it is time to attack the other side of the arm – the tricep.
We spend so little time on isolating the biceps, the exercises I do choose must be effective – although sometimes unusual.
Add this exercise as a supplementary upper body movement. I like to superset them with “DB standing power cleans” or band pull aparts.
