Camp Schedule Will Include:
We ask that all participants attempt to wear a WHITE SHIRT
with BLACK SHORTS. This will help for player identification
during team drills. Campers will receive their camp T-shirts at the
end of day one and may wear those. *All early registrants will
receive a free camp t-shirt.* CONTACT US with any questions.
- Dynamic/static stretching techniques
- Offensive & Defensive Position Skills and Proper
Fundamental Progression Training - Introduction and use of BRAND NEW training technologies
- Speed and Agility Form Training
- Skills Competition
- Obstacle course and individual competitions.
- Coach/Camper Question & Answer Session
