There Will Be Tears – Football Workout Program

I still remember my high school football games.  The smells, the sounds, the atmosphere….it is all so vivid.

Football is different than many other sports.  When it is over…it is gone.  I played a few years of semi-professional football, and even had a “comeback game” last year, but it is never the same.  There are adult basketball leagues all over, and even some really competitive baseball teams (the other sports I played), but there just isn’t anything for football.


You only get one chance.

I recently thought about my biggest regret in both high school and college football.  It is without a doubt, hands down, that I didn’t train smart enough.

Sure I had some crazy intense workouts, but they were so poorly planned that I never got much stronger.

    As a former football player myself, I can relate. When I finished up w/ my football career, there were definitely some tears of joy, but mainly tears of regret and some disappointment.

    I know deep down that if I could have trained smarter that it may have been different; but that’s why we do what we do; to help others with the most efficient way possible.

    I’m gonna pick up a copy; once a football player, always one. Plus training like an athlete is fun, challenging, and gets the best results in the shortest amount of time.
