Jedd’s Ultimate Baseball Strength manual is on sale until Saturday for $47. After his super sale, the price is going back up. Just a public service announcement so you don’t shell out the big bucks later!
Jedd is one of my “inner circle” or trainer friends – the 5 or 6 people I trust in the field. I defer to him for my grip advice.

Those are some great exercises demonstrated by a grip expert! Definitely a must for wrestlers!!
