Real Hand Strength Workout

“Grip strength workouts require all kinds of weird equipment that I don’t have!”

I’ve seen some freak grip strength feats with odd objects – anvils, globe dumbbells, blocks.

But don’t worry, check out this cool video on getting strong hands with just two 25 lb plates.

Plate Hulas, Curls, and And 1 Basketball…

Steel toe shows OR strong hands recommended…(just be careful).

Muscles Used Plate Hulas:

  • Hands
  • Forearms
  • Shoulders
  • Core

Muscles Used Plate Curls:

  • Biceps
  • Hands
  • Forearms

Jedd’s Ultimate Baseball Strength manual is on sale until Saturday for $47.  After his super sale, the price is going back up.  Just a public service announcement so you don’t shell out the big bucks later!

Jedd is one of my “inner circle” or trainer friends – the 5 or 6 people I trust in the field.  I defer to him for my grip advice.

unrelated exercise but same movement, I was playing around with a kettlebell doing same movement and figure 8′s found it really good for feet and ankles.

  3. Those are some great exercises demonstrated by a grip expert! Definitely a must for wrestlers!!
