**NEW** Football Training Templates 2.0

2011 football season was the most successful for the athletes from Synergy Athletics to date.  Here’s the highlights:

Cleaned house at the section combine, taking 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in nearly every event.

8 of the 9 Class A all state’rs train with our program.

Packed the sectional teams with our athletes.

NYS CLASS A CHAMPIONS!

One team took a chance on us 2 years agos and sent their full team over for training.  With their athletes and staff’s hardwork, they won the NYS Class A championship, desipte being big underdogs against typical powerhouses.   It was an amazing ride and I was honored to help.

My point?  #1 here is the proof that our program works.  #2 I am releasing the second edition of our football training templates.

Bull Strength Football Prep 2.0

  • Updated and improved training templates
  • Commercial gym considerations and variations so you can do the workouts anywhere
  • 11 weeks of training templates done for you.  Print out and lift, that’s it.
  • Explanation of the Bull Strength Method
  • Conditioning for football

Until the end of the week, I am offering the updated football training templates for $37.  $27.

After purchase, the program will be mailed to your paypal email (unless otherwise requested) within 1 business day.

Oh, and here’s a high school junior that has been on our program crushing triceps death (hands in to the end of the knurling) with 275 POUNDS! While most people his age would be happy to do it for 1, our guys are repping it.

Two football workout and tips coming your way this week, and if you don’t take action by then the sale will be over! Here’s your link again:

- Joe Hashey, CSCS –

PS. Any specific football training requests or questions – POST THEM ASAP and I will try to get them in by the end of the week.

PPS. $27 sale ends Friday.

I'm not associated with Synergy, but I'd wager that the football workouts will be fine for playing rugby.

[..YouTube..] did you read the title? it’s a high-volume, variation of a bench press meant to focus more on the triceps. as his chest tires, they put blocks on his chest so he doesn’t have to go down as far. the less distance the bar has to be moved, the more the triceps are involved.

    Hey Mr. Hashey,
Ive been working out with the Football Prep. And its been intense! They are great workouts and I have gotten strong. But I have not added any mass. Do you have any advice to build more muscle (i.e. more volume, more protein) any advice would be greatly appreciated.
    Connor

  24. Connor,

Thanks! Its tough to say without seeing your body comp or workouts, but I would suggest EAT LOTS! I know the program already has medium to high volume so I would hesitate to add any more.
