Part 157 is an approximation, but it seems like we are always adding to our supply of training equipment. A lot of it is homemade and works great. I will be passing on some more homemade gripping equipment to everyone next week. The newsletter subscribers will also be getting great information on how to make a cheap homemade thick bar with our unique approach.
First new toy is a 4 inch rope for pulling and battling. Before last month I have never even heard of 3 inch rope. However, my friend from Long Island shipped up some 4 inch rope for us to try out. It’s crazy!

Secondly, I have made some friends in the fabricating business over the years. My father used to drive race cars and did a lot of fabrication work. I used to work in a sheetmetal fab shop during the college summers. Fortunately, I was able to get a push/pull prowler style of sled made up out of some scrap metal. Elite’s prowlers are just great. We would like to get one soon, but this one will more than due until then!

We are already getting pumped for the summer! Go out and make some contacts with metal fab shops in your area. Most of them appreciate these small side jobs, and they can be a GREAT resource for strength trainers.

Great looking sled Joe. I have been meaning to go out and find someone to make me one just like that.
