Kinetic Strength Seminar Reloaded
Before we start, already circle SATURDAY, AUGUST 4th on your calander.
I’ve assembled our last seminar of 2012, and it is LOADED.
Here’s the lowdown.
Overview: Kinetic Strength Reloaded is a comprehensive seminar designed for anyone that trains athletes, or is an athlete. Starting the seminar is Tom Janik, MPS, OCS, PT, CSCS. Tom has been my go-to physical therapist for years and is one of the best for athletes. Tom will provide all attendees with a step by step protocol to access athletes in order to identify weaknesses and prevent further imbalances. He will also provide a procedure to correct one of the major problem areas with clients – glute weakness.
Rob Williams, HKC, NASM, USAW, CSCS will then take the stage and explain his “Reset, Reload, Reprime” technique for developing insanely explosive athletes. Bring your sneakers and shorts, this is very hands on! If you attended last year’s seminar, this will briefly review Level I movements and provide new Level II techniques.
Finally, Rob and I will finish the seminar with strength training protocols to properly create dynamic athletes. You will leave with everything you need to create a proper program.
Date: Saturday, August 4th
Time: 9 am to 4:30 pm
Location: Synergy Athletics – 800 Hooper Road, Endwell, NY 13760
$147 EARLY BIRD SPECIAL $97
**BONUS** I am working with the NSCA to provide CEU’s for all attendees. I will keep all registrants updated once the final approval is issued!
WHY?? There are specific reasons that both teams we helpped at Synergy were State Champions this year (football + swimming). There are specific reasons that Rob is selected to work with professional athletes. It is because we have a successful system. If you want the inside scoop on the system, the Kinetic Strength Seminar Reloaded is a MUST.
- Joe Hashey, CSCS -
PS. Early bird pricing lasts until there are 10 registrants. The seminar is capped at 15 online registrants since before I even write this 5 spots have been taken by local coaches. We cannot open up additional spots to ensure each attendee receives the most attention.
