		<description>Jack, good job bringing the science.  I did take a minute to skim the article.  It seems like we agree. Out of the hole of a squat, looking up will facilitate the movement. 

Some coaches tell people to tuck their neck back during the movement.  I havent found much difference with that, but looking up out of the hole has helped.  

The points about DL in that article are important as well!</description>

Regarding you squat bonus points on neck position, what are your thoughts regarding the following article by Dr. Eric Cobb, especially regarding neutral neck, eye position, and (for some) Neck Extension (but not hyperextension) combined with axial extension? (that is if you catch a few free moments and feel inspired to give it a read, but if not, I fully understand)
