Taking you into the weekend: Pull Ups

Pull ups are an awesome muscle builder for the upper back.  AWESOME!

I’ve had questions about increasing pull ups, and hopefully this week’s Major Exercise Progression list was helpful to them.  Also, I put out a bar climbers video and article a few months ago – increase your pull ups

So taking us into the weekend, some pull up videos!  If you have any more post them up in the comments.

If you don’t like any of those you can try what looks to be a twig and your door way…

Normally I don’t watch “fail” videos because one, I hate the term “fail” and two, it must be bad luck.  But how in the world did he break the bar over his head in mid air?  That’s like some Dave Chappelle “Prince” stuff where he is just floating up by the bar and BAM, right over his noggin.
