How To Make Two Homemade Sleds Plus Workout
and even better….
You can make a dragging sled for a home workout for under $10!
I have a bunch of sleds. Two metal ones, a few homemade tire models, and a “prowler” style sled I had welded up. The one I use the most is the cheapest one – the tire sled.
No real strength training difference, but quite frankly its less noise for the neighbors – and building relationships matters!
Max’s sled requires no drilling, making it really simple! A few months back I briefly explained my homemade workout sled. Here’s the video:
Now that you made one, try this out – Sled Dragging Workout:
1. 5 x 30 yards Sled Power Pulls
2. 5 x 30 yards Dynamic Sled Scarecrows
3. 4 x 30 yard heavy front drags down – reverse drags back.
4. Pick up the sled and perform the chop core circuit!
I’m honestly curious….
How many of you drag sleds?
I never did in high school (wish I did)! Is sled dragging getting more popular out there yet???? Look forward to your feedback!
PS. My legs are jello from a new exercise combo I did Saturday. I will be putting up the video on YouTube this week – make sure to subscribe – Synergy Youtube.
Double PS. Are we friends on Facebook yet? If not here is the link – Joe On Facebook - I post up workouts on there almost daily!
