Here’s the SMR 2 Static pairings we use at Synergy:
- You do NOT have to do them all
- You DO have to hold stretches for 30-60 seconds
- Foam rolling is not the only SMR we use, also we use lax ball on the tris followed by a static stretch and a few others.
