How to Make Foam Rolling Effective Part II

Follow up time!  Thanks to everyone that shared:  How to make foam rolling effective Part I.  <=== Read this first!

Here’s the SMR 2 Static pairings we use at Synergy:

Notes:

  • You do NOT have to do them all
  • You DO have to hold stretches for 30-60 seconds
  • Foam rolling is not the only SMR we use, also we use lax ball on the tris followed by a static stretch and a few others.
