Hardest Push Up Variation – Aztecs
I posted about Aztec push ups a few months ago and people agreed they are extremely difficult.
The lifter must push off the ground hard enough to push their hips in the air, touch their toes, and land back in the push up position.
We have been practicing them – and since the internet is down at the gym, I figured this would be a perfect time for a quick video update:

Give them a shot….but if you aren’t explosive you might want to wear a mouth guard!
