Squatting has developed a great deal of leg strength for our athletes. Coupled with dynamic effort training our guys are stronger, faster, and more explosive than ever before.
Of course we always squatted (back and now front as well), but it was kind of random. For example, 6 sets of 3 one week might mean something different to one person than it does another. There are no real goals or guidance other than “try to set a PR…”
….but if you aren’t feeling it back off….
….or move the weight faster….
….or do 73.9 percent of your 1rm for 3.2 reps….
That was not the most efficient way to gain strength and you have to be a professional to make sense of everything.
This usually leads people dissapointed with squatting rep schemes and programs.

Over the last 8 months I have tested, improved and re-tested, improved and re-tested, and completed the most effective 6 week squat program I have ever seen.
I selected 4 of my athletes and used them as “guinea pigs” over the last 6 weeks. The results were outstanding. Squat increased from 265 to 315 lbs, 185 to 225, 315 to 355, and 385 to 415.
Not to mention our intern Aarron that came in squatting 415 and was part of the testing/retesting:
He hits 465 as a warm up then 505 all out.
Stumbled on the first one, nailed the second.

I would love to have the 6 week squat program. I started as the strength and conditioning coach for a local high school football team. I have been using alot of your information and workouts. the kids love them all. they have already made great gains, but this squat workout would blow them away!! we have about 94 days till the first game.
