Every time I log online, I feel like I learn something important or completely worthless. I’ll try to summarize the important topics I Here is my internet summary for the week.
Internet Summary Part 1
Yesterday I posted this question on my personal facebook page:
What’s worse, post shower sweating or sweating while eating.
Intellectual right?
To my surprise, almost everyone said post shower sweating.
Here’s a few responses:
post shower…hate that, love the meat sweats!!! – Landon
post shower by far. Eat sweats are bad, however offset by the fact youre eating…my favorite activity. – Pat
Is mid-shower sweating an option? Otherwise I definitely vote post shower. – Jordan
Depends if eating before or after a shower. Tough call either way… – Mark
Eating and sweating while showering followed by post shower sweats…definitely the worst. – Dan
I laughed so hard reading all this. My brother says post-shower sweats are more annoying, and I agree. Eat sweats are a funny sorta warning sign for me. Like, I know I’m approaching legendary status when that kicks in…lol, also know I’m in for a headache and a crazy body load, so maybe I oughtta slow down and drink a sh*t ton of water. – Jared
Shower Sweating Solutions:
A few readers also suggested the following solutions to fix post shower sweats. Try them out and let me know how it goes!
1. Pat Dry – Prevents hot towel on man friction.
2. Progressive Cool – Cool the temperature slightly and allow your body 15 seconds to adjust. Repeat until water is cool.
3. Fast – Leave the shower room quick to get out of the humidity and stand in front of a fan for 3 minutes.
4. Just go naked (someone that is a bit creepy sent me that one…I’ll be closing my blinds tight from now on).
