Enjoy Your Weekend! Lower Body Workout

We are getting the gang back together, the strength coaches and our friends, for a big lift Sunday.

Here is the basic workout, follow the outline from our Colgate University Lower Body Workout, but with a few twists.

Here’s the fun workout twists:

  • Picked up a few decks of cards for some tearing.
  • Trying metal bending for the second time.
  • Tons of one-ups-manship.

Should be a good one.

    I’ll be doing some sled dragging before it gets too cold! I’m finishing up with that sweet sled recovery vid you posted a few weeks ago!

    Event training today. Tire flips, atlas stones, farmers and finishing with some arm over arm truck pulls. Show is in a month.
