Boxing Gym Workout at Pilger’s

A few months back I visited Rob Pilger while out in Ohio and we jumped right into a workout. No messing around! It was cool to hear all the punching bags rocking while we started our training.
Warm Up
- Dynamic Mobility
- Foam Rolling
- Jumping (some shown in video)
We finished the warm up with something I call the “prowler weave.” I think I have a video of it up on Synergy (if not it is buried on my computer somewhere).
Prowler 2 Man Weave
- One person pushes the sled
- Other person jogs next to it
- Switch at each it and go back
After the warm up we did tire flip, strongman complexes, and prowler pushing. Great time! (well for almost everyone…check the video out to see why Rob looks like he is sleeping)
