Best Ab Wheel Roll Out Exercise Variations

Most people know 1 way to do ab roll outs…on the knees.   Some people know a second variation….standing. 

Even fewer people know of the variations in the video.  All it takes is a little creativity to make a plan workout tool into extremely effective.

To follow up on How To Do Ab Rollouts CORRECTLY - here’s your variations.

My personal favorite is with added adduction – leg extended – as seen in the video above. Try them all out!
