Amazing Homemade Equipment Video

How many other people SEARCH the internet, garage sales, and craigslist for used strength training equipment?
Even though I have my own gym setup, I’m not about to walk into a store and drop $500 on some piece of equipment I could make myself in a few minutes and for hundreds less.

Let me give you a recent example!
I always have a post on craigslist “Wanted: Strength Training Equipment” and every once and awhile I will get an email from somebody that has something that I want.
Two weeks ago it was someone that had a mace. Maces are great for the core, shoulders, back, and grip so I wanted to pick up another one for my clients.
The person was would not budge from $150 USED!!!
Good thing Jedd and I made one for slightly under $15!!!! I just saved myself $135 on ONE purchase!
So we finally got together and shot Homemade Strength explaining how to make the mace, thick grip dumbbells, floor glute ham raises (w/ extra foot room) and lots of other valuable strength training equipment!
I’ll add that often homemade equipment is HIGHER QUALITY that commercial stuff as well. I’ve had welds break, cheap metal bend, and handles snap on commercial products.
For you long time Synergy Readers, you know I have posted up tons of homemade equipment ideas, links, videos, etc. I finally had enough emails and requests for more that it was time to make a full video for you (Sorry it took so long!).
===> I know that the goal is to save money and get great training in, so I suggested to Jedd that we let people choose whether they want the more inexpensive online, or a physical DVD shipped to them.
This week we are running a HUGE SALE to spread the good word -
$17 until the end of the week!
You can download the video RIGHT NOW (or choose to get the DVD shipped to you)

PS. This equipment is awesome, and much if it has NEVER BEEN video taped or shared before! – Homemade Strength

Good points Joe. When you make something yourself, you are able to take pride in it and assure it will be as strong as you are, whereas some commercial stuff is just simply mass produced JUNK.
The thick bar axle we made is definitely the toughest one I have ever used. I love the way it makes my grip feel and there is no way it is going to rust or ever cease up and stop rolling. The challenge will be there for years to come.
Thanks Joe.
“That item” you mentioned in the newsletter was BRILLIANT, I just got the dvd. I am going to get one tomorrow and make the mace!
Right on Jedd. I love my homemade stuff.
Thanks Tom, I had a feeling people would appreciate that one!
