Ah! My Legs Hurt Just Watching
A few weeks ago I headed out to train with the Diesel Crew. I finally got around to downloading the video and pictures from the last few weeks and came across a few clips from the workout. Just watching the clips made my legs twinge a little!
The strength training session included:
- Box Squat
- Rack Pulls
- Glute Ham Raises – GHR and Variations (video up in a few hours)
- Reverse Hypers
Heavy Rack Pulls
