This week I explained the big difference between max speed and acceleration and gave everyone a free acceleration / deceleration workout to use. Here’s the final hookup, a 6 week, no BS acceleration program!

Here’s exactly what is in the new manual:
- 6 weeks of acceleration training
- 3 progressing workouts each week (each workout lasts approximately 20 minutes)
- Explanations of rest periods
- Explanations of the different facets of speed
- Discussion on how to modify this program to keep working after the 6 week period
6 Weeks of Speed is simple and brutally effective. All you have to do is literally print out the workouts, stick them in your gym bag, and enjoy getting faster….WAY faster.

I already own bull strength. can i still get one?
Hey Paul,
Thanks for the comment and getting Bull Strength! I don’t want to open a can of worms with
everyone that has purchased Bull Strength Conditioning sending me an email, but for your
question, I don’t want to leave you hanging. If you still have your receipt for purchasing the
Bull Strength Conditioning Premiere Package, email it over and I’ll see if I can help you out!
Joe
Sorry Joe I don’t have the receipt anymore it was saved on my old computer which i dont have anymore. Thanks for trying to help me out. I really like your training and what you do. My son plays high school football, and I have been training him. I have incorperated some of your traing with mine for him. I have him on a speed, quicknees, and agility training. I would like to see what you have done so I can add to his training.
Thanks
Paul
Joe, I am a high school football coach and for the first time in my career I do not have athletes. I am struggling to get them stronger and faster. Is your plan something I could adapt to a group of kids. Is there a way to pick your mind about stuff to do?
Thanks,
Cayle,
I just sent an email to you, hopefully that helps out (and yes it does work in group settings!)
Joe
Hey Joe. I found you on youtube searching for “increase acceleration” or something like that. I’m 33, and love playing ultimate frisbee. The thing is, I took the last 5 years off and since then have put on 40lbs of good mass via strength training. However, I’m not nearly as fast as I used to be–I used to play deep D (safety) and shut down an offense single-handedly. Now I’m old!!
Throwers don’t respect me even though I’m tall because I lack acceleration and closing speed these days.
MUST BE FEARED!!
Currently, I am following a weight training program, so I’m wondering how I would incorporate a speed program into my current regimen. $27 is an easy price to pay, I just want to make sure it will fit into my current workouts and lifestyle. But somethings gotta change! I gotta make those little shits bow down again!
Haha John I know exactly what you are talking about!
I’m not sure how many days a week you are currently training, but my guys use this program in conjuction with a 4 day a week training cycle.
It would be tough if you trained 5 or 6 days – but very do-able for a 3-4 day a week lifter (allowing for rest time etc).
In the manual I lay out the best days to plan the speed training as well. I hope that helps – let me know if you need anything else!
Joe
PS. I bet you smoke them after working out agian!
hi im im a soccer player .. im 14 and im looking to increase acceleration. you see my 40 yard dash time last year used to be a 5.1, now it’s a 5.8. I’ve gotten horribly slow. please help: thanks.
James – it quite possibly could be your body growing and you are just getting used to being bigger. If you want a workout program to help out with that, I’d recommend checking out “6 Weeks Of Speed”
Good luck,
Joe
