40 Get Ripped Bulgarian Training Bag Exercises

I explained exactly how to make a Bulgarian training bag, then I explained some advanced construction techniques, and here is the final edition (maybe…)

I went all out on Part III – 40 Bulgarian Bag Exercises. If you like the video please rate it 5 stars and subscribe to my YouTube Channel!

40 Bulgarian Training Bag Exercises – AMAZING AT HOME WORKOUTS!

I received some comments after the first two videos that I went too indepth and they would prefer 1-2 minute videos. I ignored the comment because I think it is crucial to explain things thoroughly – if they don’t like it, they can just fast forward.

==> However, I’d like some feedback – do you prefer the shorter videos?

ALSO I will be releasing Bull Strength Conditioning at the end of January.  I have been receiving TONS of feedback on Bull Strength.

You have seen all the amazing information I post here for free, and you will be loving the 250 pages of the ultimate training manual – Bull Strength.

Here’s what some big names are saying about the manual:

From Zach Even – Esh, the Underground Strength Coach, on Twitter,

——————————————————-

“Your BULL STRENGTH Manual is required reading for my Coaches at my gym.”

——————————————————-

“When I get an e-book or manual I expect it to deliver and Joe you over-delivered! This will be reference material that I will actually refer back to and really USE! I would recommend Bull Strength to anyone who wants to gain real strength. It is simple to understand and will produce kick ass results. I can’t wait to apply this in my own workouts! If you have any reservations DON’T.  You will be glad you got it.

this video was awesome. Made me want to get a Bulgarian training bag. To bypass people’s time and attention span issues, perhaps you can use lighter weights and explain the exercise while you are doing it. Where do you get a Bulgarian training bag?

  2. Thanks Rhea! I tried that light demonstration once – and people complained that I wasnt lifting enough!

I made the bag out of an inner tube and wood pellets. Check the top of the post and in Part I I show you how to make your own for 12$!

Personally i like the longer vids. I like to know why i’m doing what i’m doing and all the little details. This video was sweet too. I can’t wait to make my Bulgarian Bag over break.

    Joe,
    Great post/video!
I like the long videos. Lots of great stuff.
I use my BTB often for all kinds of training.
I made my own as i mentioned in a previous post and couldn’t believe how low cost it is to make. Mine’s filled with sand (went to a local outdoor volleyball court and picked some up for free) and worked really well.
These 40 BTB exercises are great for anyone and they won’t believe how much harder they are to do than you make it look!:)
    Have a great Christmas holiday!

    Joe,

Great video full of useful exercises. There really is not much you can’t do with them. I love the total body aspect of the training! Don’t worry about what people say about keeping your videos short. I get that sometimes as well but details are important and more people I’m sure appreceate that more. Keep up the great work.

  6. Thanks Jerry – you’ve got some good stuff out recently!

    Joe

  7. Stephen – good find on the sand! I have 3 of the bags right now – a large sand, a large pellets, and a small pellets. Extremely useful!

Plus if you have more than one person working out, then they aren’t hard to get more of!

    Enjoy your Christmas!

    Joe

Joe… I prefer the longer videos… The more information on the HOW TO aspect of an exercise is always better than the shortened easy to do method. I am so appreciative of all that you share with us out here in cyberspace. Keep the videos coming…. it’s the next best thing to actually being able to train in person with you… hmmm…any chance of a trip to ATLANTA? LOL… you can’t beat up close and personal training either! Have a great holiday JOE and best wishes for a healthy and happy NEW YEAR! I love training with the big boys and your videos and website help me to do that. Lisa :)

  9. Thanks for the comment Lisa! I figured the other people can just fast fwd to what they want anyways.

Thanks for the great video! Loved the long ones! Please keep posting them!

I just watched this video and I wanted a bag before, but this video really got me pumped for one. I am definately making one for myself asap. Great video Joe. You said you made the video after a workout well it looked like making the video was a workout in itself.

  12. Thanks Bryan! That was certainly tiring. I always make that mistake though. The new back pyramid video was taken after I already did my set! Oh well, I get 2 x the lifting in then.

    Thanks for the comments,

    Joe
