3 Inch Rope Battling

I’ve been receiving a bunch of emails about the 3 inch rope.  People have been asking where to get it, what to use it for, etc.  A few days ago I answered where to get it from, today I’ll show a video of how we used it so far.

Below is the video of rope battling with a 3 inch, 60 foot long rope. We did sets of 15 seconds each and that was tough! Good for shoulder health, strength, dynamic core power, and conditioning.  By the end it must have added 10 – 15 lbs of snow!  We performed 6 sets of 15 seconds with 15 seconds rest between each.

    Ropes are cool :)

Training in the snow is a great idea too :)

    cheers

  2. Ha, yeah, additional inspiration. The harder the rope swung, the less snow stuck.
