At 46, I prefer to say, "I'm MIDDLE". Thanks so much for this video.
I am going to start using this warm up regularly and share it with my husband and daughters.

Good question Debbie! I would stick with level I until you have mastered it. No need to progress for awhile.
Good luck,
Joe

Hi Again Joe,
I have a question about the core level traing. Since you posted this I have been doing this twice a week.
I am getting better at the k2e on level one and have started integrating level II for 1-3 rounds. I am using 5# ankle weights wrapped at my knees bc I kind of hurt my knee a couple of weeks ago. It's tough enough at the knee anyway. My strength is not quite there, and during the Ls my legs kind if fall on their own, and my k2e moves only go to about belly button level.
My question is, should I keep adding the weights in, or go back to only level I until I have greater strength?
Thanks, Debbie

Joe,
Great article like always! On walking lunges, we also use kettle bells hanging from short mini bands which engages the core like crazy due to the instability of the bands! Our athletes really struggle with their balance. Thanks for all!

Joe- it should be noted that physiologists have observed that muscle fibers themselves cannot shift, or change, to be more glycolytic (ex. type 1 to type 2) but only can shift toward being more oxidative (ex. type 2b->type2a->type1).
