These workout challenges will not only do that, they might just push you to all new limits! All fit into the category of “must do these workouts at least once in your life.”
If you have a lifting partner, I would recommend throwing 3 sets of 10 in at the end of your upper body workouts for some awesome results.
I’ve always found pyramid sets great for conditioning (and I will write a more detailed article why in a few weeks).
